Mission
Here I am Lord.
Trinity's Mission
Trinity has a long tradition of supporting mission activities.
We finance denominational as well as local, national and
international programs that promote our Christian ideals
of human justice.

We have a deeply imbedded tradition of hands-on mission work.
Our "sweat equity" helps to fulfill Christ's message of love.

Some of our ongoing mission activities include:
▪Housing rehabilitation with Community Land Trust (
CLT) of Schenectady
▪Intergenerational work camp experience at
Woodberry Crossing, Parkton, Md.
▪Involvement in Schenectady Inner City Ministry (
SICM)
▪School supply collection for needy elementary students
▪Lunch in the Park summer program at Collins Park
▪Participation in preparing the
Equinox Thanksgiving Dinner in Albany
▪Adopt-a-Family program - supporting individuals and families at Christmas
through the Schenectady Association for Retarded Citizens, the YWCA
Battered Women's Shelter, and Bethesda House.
▪Support of the
Jean Nicole Prince Home for terminally ill persons.

If you would be interested in helping to serve
SICM Summer Lunch
this summer, please see or Cheryl DiGiloramo or Pat Wheeler.  We’d
like to see who would be interested and then pick a convenient
lunch together.  Watch the announcements for a meeting after
church to plan this.
The Mission Committee is once again sponsoring an
Intergenerational Work Camp at Woodberry Crossing, which many
of us have found to be a “Thin Place.”  The dates for the trip have
been set as August 9th-13th.  If you would be interested in going,
see Bev Burnett.
